Why is it so hard to drink water? My reasoning brain chides me for being so silly. Just do it. What's the big deal?
It makes me feel COLD. (My office is freezing.)
It makes me need to run to the ladies room at inconvenient times. (Middle of the night, during meetings, on the way home from work...)
Losing weight is so much about NOT doing things; not eating too much, not eating unhealthy food.
Drinking water is something I can actively DO while I'm waiting for the weight to magically vanish from my body.
And I need it to keep my body healthy, to aid digestion and to clean out the bad stuff.
Still I resist.
Ok, I try, but it's a huge effort, and the last thing I think of. And, yes, I carry a water bottle with me in my purse.
I gotta be seriously nuts!
