Non-Fitness Challenge: Recap! How have you been doing? Have you met the goals you were wanting to accomplish? Were there things you didnít reach? What would you change? Write a blog on how you did this challenge and what you want to accomplish in the future...how will you do it??! (Worth 100 pts)
So I've been doing great these past 8 weeks. I think this challenge really kept me motivated and kept me on track. I'm down 13 lbs since St. Patties day. I wouldn't say I did exactly what I wanted to do. I would have liked to lost 16 lbs. But I wont complain about 13 lbs. I've been stuck at -47 lb wt loss for a few weeks. I was like this one other time when I was trying to get under the 200 lb mark and it felt like forever till I actually hit it. So I know it will come. Trying to stay positive.
I think if I would change one thing it would be the weather. Ha, if I could. In Iowa it has been a rough few months so I would have gone outside more. But accept the things you cannot change, right?
I have 12 more weeks until I see if I've reached my goal. ( After seeing how fast this past 8 weeks have flown by, I know this will too. 12 weeks and 21 lbs to go. (67 lbs total) I can do this, I can do this! Time to kick my butt in gear!
