For the past week I've been on the FODMAP Diet (eliminating common food allergens to determine which ones are my problem) - one week down and five to go before I can slowly add back in dairy then wheat, onions, garlic, beans, stone fruit, etc. It's a challenge but I am doing it. No processed foods on this diet. I will say I feel well and I've been losing weight well. Also my blood sugar has been very good. I think it's also good I am blasted out of my food comfort zones. I was using A LOT of processed food. The ultimate will be feeling well and being healthy!
