Friday, long day, forgot my pedometer, amount of stps was probably average, diet could have been better, ate 2 cookes from whole foods, chik fil a for breakfat, half od pasta dish Thurs fixed.

I always try to remind myself, I may not have made all the right choices, but they are a heck of a lot better than before I started getting healthy.
