Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Week 2 Day 1

Well, in other news. Now that the key people know of the situation, I can share it. This week, after my graduation, my mother had a mental breakdown. Monday night/Tuesday morning, my father, a friend of my mom's, and I began the process of admitting her into a mental ward.
It was a very traumatizing experience for me. I had stayed up to prepare for starting my 3rd shift job Monday night so I managed to stay up till 6 am Monday morning. At 8 am I received a call from my dad. During the day, we spent time with my mom but it wasn't until around 9 pm where things got really bad.
We headed straight to the emergency room where her friend and I waited and waited until we decided to head home. I spent the night at her house until about 8 am Monday morning. I had not had a whole lot of sleep. Because of some issues with the hospital, my mother wasn't admitted till later Tuesday.
My sisters didn't know about the situation because we wanted to keep it from them while they were taking final exams. That's why I couldn't say anything.
This week has been extremely rough and traumatizing and it's going to be quite a long, rocky journey from here. My mother came home today, but she has to continue some in-depth counseling 5 hours a day. I don't know how my family is going to do through this. It seems like every summer, something new and worse happens to our family. Please keep us in our prayers.
Changing the subject now, I've had some extreme pain in my middle back for the past couple of days. I had some hip pain before that, but now I can barely move without extreme pain. I'm still going to try and brave through today's workout. However, I ate horribly today. This stress is really bringing out the "binger" in me. So, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.
