After being stuck at 64KG for over a month I tweaked my diet and exercise a little and shocked my body into dropping a KG this week. I replaced coffee with green tea and bought a fitbit which has motivated me to walk more to get to 10,000 steps. This with the insanity programme means everything is headed in the right direction.
My problem now is my jeans are baggy! I don't know whether to hold out until my goal weight or to start updating my wardrobe now.
I am saving up for a house deposit so I don't really want to buy clothes that I am going to end up throwing out in a few months time but really want a new wardrobe.
I don't really know where to start, I have never really treated myself to clothes as I was always going to lose the weight so didn't want to spend money on a size that wasn't my goal weight.
I have to do a complete overhaul - underwear, work clothes, workout clothes and everyday clothes. I don't know where to start!!!
It's exciting but strange that soon I will no longer be trying to loose weight. I had been trying to loose weight for 7 years before sparkpeople. Almost 1 year with Sparkpeople and I am almost there!!! I am a little scared of what hobbies to have once the 3 KG are gone!!
Excited but Scared!
