Okay, so I'm just a little bit excited, and SUPER proud of myself!
I just started this new diet on Sunday, May 5th. It's only Friday, the 10th, and I've already lost over a pound!!! I haven't changed my exercise habits or anything, but I've been eating healthier.
I started a vegetarian diet! I'm *trying* to keep it low carb, gluten free, low/no sugar, and organic. I know it sounds like I'm trying to starve myself, but that is NOT the case.
I'm eating just around the same amount of food as I was before, but it's healthier choices. I've also been having breakfast most days. I've only skipped breakfast twice this week instead of every day like I use to do.
For my breakfast I've been eating the Dole fruit smoothies where all you have to do is add juice and shake. They're really good and high in fiber!
On Sunday, I weighed 217.8. Today I weigh 216.6. So that's 1.2 pounds lost in ONLY FIVE (5) DAYS!!! I think that's pretty impressive! I just hope I can keep it up!!! :)
Well, I just really wanted to share my good news, and now that I have I'm going to learn how to operate this site just a little bit better!!! :D
