So, I've been watching what I eat (VERY closely) and exercising daily for the last month. The first week that I actually weighed myself I went down 3 lbs. I haven't seen the scale move since!!!! Ugh!!!
Last week I took my measurements and I'm trying desperately to wait a full month before doing it again, but, I really (really, really) want to see some sort of payoff for my hard work.
I am going to pray for patience... it's not my strong point!
