Meal Replacement Shakes

I have started using the Shakeology Shakes and love them. The chocolate is amazing and you can add so many things to them. They also have Vegan formulas of Chocolate, Strawberry and Greenberry. Have you ever tried them? What do YOU add to them to make them more satisfying, tasty, and fun?

    I don't know what it is, but the Shakeology Shakes keep me fuller longer.....probably due to the protein. When I am going to have to go a longer time between "meals" I add a tablespoon or two of SunButter (a peanut butter substitute that's much healthier for you). That helps me sustain until my next meal!

    I sometimes use a whey protein shake for breakfast in a pinch - but I get hungry within an hour or two. Eating some nuts sometimes helps.
