Recap of Challenge

Well I did not do as well as I wanted but seemed like there was never enough time in the day. I would like for things to settle back down so I could establish a routine again. Hoping after the next couple weeks things should calm. I would have liked to have met my goal but I am going to stay positive and hope for the best in the future. I did not gain so that is the big deal for me. I didn't lose any more either but I still feel good.
