I am beginning my weight loss adventure this week. I've had numerous times where I have started working out and lost interest. Im trying new methods of staying motivated. I guess blogging is a pretty genius idea if you think about it. I never really thought about it before.
I have been running everyday for the past week. I weight lift three days a week. My whole body is achy, but I figure its a good thing right? I stretch every morning to loosen the aches a bit so I don't go through my day moaning and groaning about muscle pain. I love working out, its just getting back into the groove.
I am also on a mission to find a running buddy. It seems near impossible these days to find someone willing to do it. I think I have more motivation and determination when i'm accompanied by someone with the same goals as me. I don't know though :) I shall see how that goes.
