Ok so i gained back most of the weight I lost this past week. So I am now seeing I am not eating enough veggies and most of the time not drinking enough water either. So this week I am making it my goal to eat more veggies and drink more water. As well as keep walking with my dog and try to cut back on some of the more high carb foods too. See if that works this next week.
