Gained weight again

Ok so i gained back most of the weight I lost this past week. So I am now seeing I am not eating enough veggies and most of the time not drinking enough water either. So this week I am making it my goal to eat more veggies and drink more water. As well as keep walking with my dog and try to cut back on some of the more high carb foods too. See if that works this next week. emoticon

    Regaining is so easy to do! I made a big pot of vegetable soup so I have something easy to reheat when I am hungry and it also helps me get a lot more vegetables into my diet.

  it should work, but don't worry about minor ups and downs on the scale. they can be caused by things other than actual weight gain or true weight loss. a weekly weigh-in is useful only as a general trend.
