Eating and inflammatory response explained. This is so clear!

We blame ourselves for 'eating wrong.' So we feel guilty and even stupid. This article shows how we are a product of our times.

It made me feel much better. And it clearly describes the inflammatory process.

I think knowing this, I will be more apt to choose healthier foods. No, I will not go paleo, however.
