Today is day two. I am doing ok as far as what I am eating and keeping track. I am taking it one day at a time.

I'm fairly new here myself, tomorrow will be my 7th day.... and my weigh in day!

I'm also aking it one day at a time, tracking what I eat, doing my exercises, and generally working the SP site. Good luck to you!
