Five days of Fat Fast. Started at 161.8. (I'm only five feet tall, so that's definitely obese.) Yesterday, after four days of FF I was at 160. Ok, that's not great, but I'll take it. Today, day 5, I'm at 161.2.
Yes, I'm drinking lots of water.
Yes, I'm weighing and measuring everything.
No cheats. Not a bite, not a taste.
Yes, I'm taking a good multi, plus fish oil, plus vitamin D.
I've got to start getting a little more protein.
I'm open to suggestions, as long as you don't suggest low fat and higher carb. Been there, done that.
