A friend posted this on Facebook the other day and I wanted to share it with YOU...
"Everyone has the same 24hrs in the day...some people have kids, money problems, family issues, work, school, friends, injuries, no time, no babysitter, no energy, too busy, too fat, too skinny, too embarrassed...we all have excuses, that's not the question...the question is how BAD DO YOU WANT IT, and what are you willing to do and to give up to make it happen? No one said it would be easy, but is it worth it to YOU, no one else can make it happen. A trainer or coach can draw you a road map and tell you exactly what and how to do it, but in the end it is up to you to follow that plan and do what is expected. They won't be with you 24/7 to make you make the right choices for food, or make you do that workout, or make you go to bed when you should. It is YOU that has to be willing to accept that responsibility, and know win, lose, or draw that you gave it all you could to be the best YOU, and knowing that means that no one can ever take that away from you. Do what you have to do to be able to present YOUR BEST to yourself and the world!!!" ~Andrea D.
**This hit home for me. I know I have days that I'm not making it happen or I start the day really good and then I take the easy way out and give in to temptations. I am willing to take responsibility to give it my all no matter what from this day forward. I need to do it for myself and my family. And gosh, I really do want to see what I look like at my goal weight. I know I can do it!!!
