Doing better this week with the emotional/mental stuff. Need to get quicker with the time management stuff. Still can't exercise totally, which is still disappointing. My eating habits are completely deplorable. My husband would like supper made for him. I need to start ating more than just the junk food. I need to go to sleep earlier as well. I've been getting sicck from sleep deprivation.
