I'm going to be honest. Yesterday started out great, and then went downhill by evening. I ate well all day- staying in my calorie range and focusing on good, healthy foods. I even got out on two walks for my cardio. I had planned to do some zumba, but I guess I'm saving that for tomorrow's cardio.
By evening I had gotten a really bad headache. I don't know if it is allergies (I'm already taking Claritin) or if I'm just sick. I have been traveling a lot the last few weeks and have been exposed to a wide variety of people, so illness isn't out of the question. I didn't sleep much at all last night and I'm still in a lot of pain this morning. I took Excedrin, which took the edge off. Oh, well, I'll just take it easy today and hope I get back asap.
Tomorrow I walk at my graduation ceremony.
It's funny, I'm not really feeling anything one way or the other about it. I'm glad to have finished, but I think it hasn't really sunk in yet that I'm DONE. No more crazy undergrad courses. I'm officially a grad student now.
