Thursday went well too!!! I slept well which was great after not sleeping well on Wednesday. I was able to get in a decent workout. I did some hip exercises and I rode the elliptical without knee pain for 4 minutes. I know it was only 4 minutes but it was great that I was able to do it without pain. My knee is swollen so I think that was expected but I suppose 4 minutes is the max for now. Darn it! I miss cardio workouts!
Nutrition was great! I had around 1400 again today. And I had cherry frozen yogurt for dessert. This isn't that big of a deal I suppose except for the fact that I measured out a serving, savored every bite and was satisfied. YIPPEE!!!
The no weigh May is going pretty well. Except that I really want to get on the scale. lol!!
