I know I'm a day late but here it is....Wednesday went well!!!
I ate around 1400 calories. I didn't sleep very well though. I went to bed at the usual time but just couldn't sleep very well and I got up around 5am. Blah!
I didn't do any workout today. I was tired from not sleeping well so I just rested.
I'm just excited that yet again I stayed on track with nutrition!!!
