We must have caught a virus because every drink and bite of food causes a mild to severe cramping pain. My morning juice,water,chips-which usually sooth my tummy all caused pain.
I made it through my workout and figured if I felt too bad I could stop. But I felt better and it got my mind of the discomfort. The house is open and the fans are on but it's 79 in the house. Made for a hot workout, not a big fan of that! Now I'm going to take I it easy. I already did the dishes,vacuumed and did laundry. Cool down,shower and relax sounds good for a Friday afternoon. Poor hubby is working by himself since his son is still out of town since his mother died. Installing alarms,cameras,speakers and vacuums is too hard for him alone at 64. He wanted me to help with being a gopher but with my tummy pain he didn't ask again. He's not feeling as bad as me today.
