Recap of day 18 of 30 day challenge # 2

Recap of day 18 of 30 day challenge #2 with the following:
-no fast food
- under 2,000 calories
- 6 days of 30 minutes of cardio w/ 1 day of strength
- recap my days

So yesterday was another good day. I kept my calories at a good amount and tried out the sparkspeople cardio blast dvd. I was surprised at how my legs didnít want to work with the squats lol I made it though. I did the 5 minute warm up, 10 min 80ís cardio, 10 min walking beginners, 5 min cool down. I had to be up early so when I got home I just went back to sleep so I did the workout after work. I canít wait. I only have one more week of having to go watch my nephew and then they move and will no longer need me to watch them.
Iíve been feeling really good and starting to notice my shirts are fitting a little bit differently, not like a huge huge difference but enough that I can tell. Itís always nice to see those non scale victories. My stamina for working out is becoming really well to. So before this 30 day challenge is over and I start my next one I will make it to 10 miles on the bike. That is like my lil exercise goal that I would like to accomplish.
My way of thinking has definitely changed. If I do want something I make sure it fits into my schedule of food. Some days I know I will be in the high end near 2,000 and others I will be in the low end. But that is how life goes. Iím starting to notice that im getting way better at telling portions and right off the bat knowing what I need to make a healthy dinner. Also my dinners have changes. They used to be protein and starch and more starch and fats lol. Now they are protein, starch, and veggies. If you want to add all the days up its been 48 days between the two challenges. I really have kicked the fast food. I donít even want it and if I do itís a salad w/ vinaigrette lol.
So here was yesterdayís food.

Breakfast Ė egg w/ Ĺ slice cheddar, alexia hash brown, turkey sausage
Lunch- Wheat bread, turkey, cheddar, mustard, Yoplait light strawberry white chocolate
Dinner- chicken, French fries, sweet and crunchy lettuce mix, light ranch
Snack- Carrots w/ light ranch, Banana, popped quaker caramel corn, 1 piece of wheat bread w/ pb and jelly
