I got up this morning and went for a walk!!
We did a little over 4KM this morning! I focused more on walking than picture taking, haha. It was pretty foggy, overcast but we didn't get too wet!




Had a wrap with egg whites, cheese, spinach and salsa for breakfast!


Buster was nice and tired from our walk this morning. He sat in his crate while I was getting ready, just waiting for me to leave so he could sleep! haha


I had a morning snack at work, banana, almond butter and coffee


I walked home to let little Buster out at lunch. He seemed a bit more awake :)


I got back to work around 1:00 and had pizza for lunch! I know not a great lunch. I gotta work on this nutrition thing more!!
Honestly I had not much sleep last night, 5 hours is not enough for this girl to run on, so I'm craving everything and anything!!


My daughter has a spring fair at her school right after work tonight, that should be fun. Then home and an early night for me! Tomorrow I'll get up and take Buster and my daughter to the park in the morning. Then I'll take her to her dance class, then she is off to her dads for Saturday night. Not sure what we are doing yet, probably just a low key night :) Will be nice to rest and relax!

I don't usually blog on the weekends, don't get on the computer much on weekends, so I'll see ya all Monday!! Spark on!!

    I seriously LOVE the pics of Buster. Keep them coming!
There's nothing wrong with occasional pizza. Just account for it in your calorie range for the day (or the week) and enjoy it.

    All in all, I'd say you had a successful day. Even pizza can be part of a successful day. You had 2 slices, not 4, and you had a super healthy bfast. Plus, you recognize that you need more sleep than 5 hrs (me too!) and now you can try to make that a priority.
