I will not be weighing in until 5/31 so that I can focus on others aspects of my weigh loss journey. So far, I've got 469 fitness minutes under my belt and I am extremely proud of that. How I've managed to fit it in being in 3 shows (now 2, thank goodness) at once, I'll never know. I haven't been blogging as much lately because I've been journaling which I find helps me a bit more and gives me that aloneness I need.
Bread Experiment = So far, so good. I've had a couple of slip ups, but overall I've done fairly well.
Nutrition = This past weekend was a mixture of bad and good. I did my best not to overeat, but I did anyway. I've got to get a hold of my nutrition, it's absolutely ridiculous. I already know that I'm eating emotionally, but I'm doing the best I can to deal with it. Restriction is just not something I can do emotionally right now unfortunately.
Water Intake = Excellent.
Exercise = Excellent. LOVE being able to say that.
Clothing Fit, Inches Lost = 12s are still fitting nicely.
Stress Level = Through the roof. Too much going on and not enough time in the world. June can't come soon enough.
Weekend Plans = Shows and Rehearsals. No time to do anything else. At least it's what I love to do.
1). I'm able to keep up the momentum in my various classes which feels great. Before, I'd get so tired and would have to stop while the rest of the class kept going. Not so much anymore! My goal is go through an entire class without stopping.
4th weekend of shows coming up, wish us luck!
