I finally got rid of the usual 5lb gain after a 1/2 marathon!
But I have another one next weekend. *sigh*
I hate experimenting too much, but this silly schedule I've made for myself means that I would be trying something new for a race.
Or I just keep doing what I normally do and deal with the post race weight gain that doesn't go away quickly.
But I'm determined to figure this out. I don't want to stop doing races, but if I gain all the weight back. Well. That is just silly!
