So, I wasn't going to post today because I'm feeling tired & a little like I need to hibernate, but then something kinda cool happened this morning...
I forgot to put on my foundation. I've been wearing Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer in Porcelain for 10 years or so & never forget to put it on. I guess my skin looked like I had already put it on or something, because I completely forgot & didn't realize until I was done putting on my concealer. So, that's different. I'm even my version of broken out (I don't ever REALLY break out, but there are differences shortly before my TOM). I'm guessing it has to do with the increased fat & veggies and decreased sugar & grains...or it could be from changing my skin routine (raw honey for a facial cleanser & a tiny bit of coconut oil for moisturizer). Either way, that's awesome!
Breakfast: 2 scotch eggs, coconut water
Snacks (if needed): banana & nuts
Lunch: salmon cake, "baked" sweet potato (microwaved...argh, just remembered that I forgot butter!), avocado (with lemon juice & salt & pepper), berries
Dinner: sauteed spinach, smoked salmon, berries
(can you tell that I need to go to the farmer's market tomorrow?...I'm out of veggies!!)
I think I'm going to hibernate (i.e. not blog) this weekend, so I hope everyone has a good one!!
