Week one, day two of C25K. I switched things up just a little though. I found a few different versions of the program online, I'm going with 20-30 minutes of walking for one minute and jogging/running for 30seconds. Just the first week. I almost waited to do it after a nap, but decided to do my training first. So glad I did. Honestly I felt great today. When I was done, I went and sat on the swing in the park and just relaxed for about 15minutes. All alone. I never get to be alone. Even if I'm on my own at home, somebody is usually still upstairs sleeping and I can't leave the house. This was awesome, I think I'm really going to enjoy getting this time to myself.
