C25K- Day 2

Week one, day two of C25K. I switched things up just a little though. I found a few different versions of the program online, I'm going with 20-30 minutes of walking for one minute and jogging/running for 30seconds. Just the first week. I almost waited to do it after a nap, but decided to do my training first. So glad I did. Honestly I felt great today. When I was done, I went and sat on the swing in the park and just relaxed for about 15minutes. All alone. I never get to be alone. Even if I'm on my own at home, somebody is usually still upstairs sleeping and I can't leave the house. This was awesome, I think I'm really going to enjoy getting this time to myself.

    Its so important to keep in touch with yourself! Sometimes our lives can be all about others. But remember your doing this for your family as much as you are for yourself!! Having Alone time is just as important as spending time with your family . Keep up the good work! Excited to see the results!
