Back after Funeral

Friday, May 10, 2013

I was on a roll with my diet and exercise life, and then I had to bury my mom. It took me down for a while. all the travelling and being out of routine, emotional eating and lots of drinking with the family. But now I am back. I do not want to die like she did, and her mother before her, drowning from a weak heart. Luckily I love to exercise! Unfortunately I love to eat and drink! I know I do everything with gusto and from a place of passion, so that is where I m coming from on the rest of this health journey. Just got to learn the moderation part and let myself off the hook sometimes. My critical voice is sarcastic and ugly....
