We're heading into the weekend. And I'm "on my own" for the next week (DH on trip). This is a real opportunity for me. I am not compromising for someone else, I make the decisions, and I pay the consequences - whether they be victories or losses - for my actions. It's just a nice jump start when I'm taking care of just "me".

Sun - 391
Mon - didn't track
Tuesday - -526
Wed - 263
Thursday - -540
What this report tells me: It's not like me not to track, something was brewing (and it hit-midweek - a real emotional slump); I hit my goal twice (want to burn more than 500 more calories daily than I take in). This was a tough week for me
. But I was on track twice and that's better than zippy dippy, right?
So, some losses and some victories. How life like can it get? This week I'm more determined than ever to do it right. A LOT less distractions with my DH far away. Should be a great week healthwise. Hope you are heading into the weekend strong too.
