Just plugging along

Not much to report. Back to the up and down, back and forth of three pounds. Started the next 30 day streak and up to 7 days at this point. I figure I'll do 30 days at a time, take a day off, and then start another 30 day streak. I'm going to measure this weekend so hopefully will see some inch changes since the scale is being so stingy. Otherwise the week has been same old, same old. At least it's Friday and I only have 3 more days of work before a 2 1/2 week vacation. Boy do I need to be away!
