Just made the ramen corn chowder on page 122 from my Simple and Delicious Cookbook. I did add a few "extras" which I had in the fridge that needed to be thrown in soup or it would go bad. Like cubed chicken, jar of homemade chicken broth, carrots and shredded what was left of a chunk of havarti. This dish was yummy.
