Fell down on the night time snacking again last night. Pushed me over, even though I tried to plan for it. I can't even blame it on anything other than my own lack of self-control. I'm a little discouraged, but not giving up. I'm still ahead of where I used to be! I'll keep tweaking until I get it right.
I have to admit, though... I'm worried about the weekend. The weekends are always tough for me to track and eat right (especially holidays!!) There just isn't enough structure on those days. Although I do have more time to exercise, and I usually do stay somewhat active (even if it's shopping with the kids).
