Last night at dinner, my husband said, "I've noticed you're not cheating on your food...... I mean, you're really watching what you eat".
He laughed at my reply, "If I cheat on my food, I'll lose all that I've gained".
"Aren't you saying that backwards?", he asked.
"No, as I lose weight, I'm gaining in so many ways: my clothes fit better, my health is improving, I feel better, I'm giving myself longevity. It takes so long to drop the weight and only moments to put it back on. I can't afford to cheat."
Yep, I said it right......I don't want to lose all that I've gained. Less is more.
