Sabotage Day!

Okay, I think it is officially sabotage day at work. This morning someone brought me what I thought was coffee and a donut. I said I didn't want the donut, but I would take the coffee. Turns out it was hot chocolate. Our lounge this morning has bagels, muffins, and popcorn. All favorites of course. I left there quickly. Tonight is an end-of-the-year dinner out with friends at Chilis. I looked at the nutrition info this morning. Wow! The meal I usually get, the burger bites, is 1750 calories. I am amazed. I haven't been eating that in a day now, nevermind a meal. No wonder I'm overweight. I ate out frequently and had no idea of calorie counts for fast food and restaurants. I think I'm siding with a dinner salad with oil and vinegar and a classic sirloin. That should keep me in a decent range.

    I have found that resturant food is so salt and fat ladden that I really do avoid it.

Good for you looking up the menu and planning ahead that is smart!
