One more day before the Spring 5% challenge starts.
Today's day started with sleeping in until 5am (I am such a sloth!), then heading to the gym for my workout. I will do my squat/pushup/crunch work later here at the office.
Dinner tonight will be at Applebee's. Dh and I always get the 2/$20 special. Steak and baked potato for me, please! Too many dieters avoid red meat thinking they are saving calories. The steak is often the lowest caloried food on the menu.
So my day is planned and I am planning to be fit. What is your plan for Friday fitness?
