I've been feeling sluggish lately and realized I needed a cleanse. Well... nothing like getting rid of 4lbs of waste with a good cleanse. So I'm spending my day re-hydrating and fueling up with healthy choices. Sooo getting use to feeling healthy by making better choices. I'm definitely liking that I consciously make better choices when I'm out and need a quick bite to eat. Yesterday I was at the cafeteria at my work with my kids and they were buying cookies and chips but I headed for the fresh fruit instead. I'm glad I did!! It was the best apple ever!!

I've increased my water intake by double and decreased my soda intake by double. I think I'm on the right track to getting rid of my soda addiction. The soda should be more of a treat than a daily source of fluids. I've found some great fruit/veggie infused waters that I plan on making to help with the water consumption. I've also been taking cut up lemons to work to add to my water so I will be more likely to drink the water instead of soda.

Feeling great that I am on the right track!! Feels good to share with people my conscious effort to finally make positive changes.

So I am 22lbs away from one-derland!! Lost a total of 38lbs, that's like loosing a toddler.

    Congrats on such good choices!! Apples are a great way to add fiber to keep your system moving the wastes on through. Walking also is a good stimulant for the digestive tract!! Bananas help some folks too, but not all. More water will help and if you are beginning to have wrinkles show up more water makes them disappear again! What a nifty benefit that is!

Congrats!!! Keep on keeping on, you are doing great!!
