Happy Mother's Day - I treated myself to three new workout DVD's. I just LOOOOOVE the ones from Leslie Sansone and I used a new one this morning that featured 2 miles with 2 pound weights. It was a far less chatty version and the miles were faster and more complicated the some of the other DVD's. I am gonna be aching tomorrow and I am SOOOOOO excited to do it again. I think I will have time for a three mile walk tomorrow morning and I can't wait.
It is a good system for me and I am excited to keep going!!!
