Took a cooking class last night, so it was difficult to gauge how many calories I consumed, but it was a class on vegan Mediterranean salads and vegetable dishes, so it was at least healthy and the portions were reasonable. I think there was way too much evoo though! I did track it when I got home as best I could. I'm very proud of myself for doing that and also for squeezing in a workout before the class!
