Over 50 minutes of exercise!

Today was a great exercise day! I started with Nicole's 18-minute Body Sculpt video (which did kick by butt, but was fun). Then moved into Day 5 of the 28-day Bootcamp. Ended with a 22 minute slow walk on the treadmill. Might be sore tomorrow, but enjoyed it quite a bit.
