Well, I think? MAYBE? I ran 3 miles in 30 minutes today, but I think it was honestly closer to 31, maybe even 32, because my phone died about 15 minutes in. So, of course I kept moving, and since I do HIIT when I run, I was approximating my fast and slow intervals. Then I tried to turn it back on just for funzies and it DID, but of course, i had no idea what interval I should actually be starting on since I had been guessing for the last 6 blocks, and so my timing was just all messed up. I know I ran 3 miles because I run a similar route every day I do my HIIT, I just have no idea how long it actually took. Lame. This is another one of those things that makes me want to throw in all my towels: poorly functioning equipment.

On the other hand, my new sportsbra performed admirably.
