its the weekend and you know what that means!

Friday, May 10, 2013

Its a free for all, license to eat and reward myself from all my hard work last week which landed me over 2 lbs down! Yes!

Its just another day, no reason to eat like a wild animal or go over my calories because its the weekend!

So what's my plan?

Tonight, we usually go to a little Mexican place for dinner where I get my customized chicken salad (basically, lettuce, salsa, chicken) and I will count out 15 chips, yes 15! And I will eat only that many.

We will either go to the movies or come home and watch movies so there won't be any more food to deal with. If I'm home, I might have a sugar free pudding. That's an option

Tomorrow is Saturday so we will eat breakfast and lunch at home (toast and peanut butter for me and for lunch, I'm thinking tuna sandwiches on light wheat bread).

Dinner will be tritip on the grill, fresh corn on the cob and vegetarian baked beans.

Sunday is mothers day and I have no idea what is planned but I'm going to follow my path, and do my best to eat reasonably.

I am not going to undo my HARD work this week, I am going to BUILD on it.

I am back to my Thursday weigh in and I plan to be down at least another pound by next week.

I am done with the upwards trend. DONE!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and do your best. REALLY do your best, don't just half a$$ it!

Enjoy your weekend and be proud of yourself when it is over!

"eating like a wild animal" - how sad that I relate to this oh so well emoticon I am off on a road trip tomorrow but that is no license to "eat like an idiot" (my other over eating mode). You sound great, doll. It makes me happy to hear you so strong and self assured because I know you feel better when you feel this way. Happy, happy Mother's Day. Payton gave me the most adorable hand-made gifts, the kind that only 9 year olds can make - that boy melts my heart like "buttah" emoticon

Ooo, I like that! Not gonna half-A$$ it! LOL! Love the idea of building on success. My son's coaches uses that phrase SO much.

Go for it and Happy Mother's Day!

I LOVE THIS! And I needed to hear it too. Yes, I worked daaaaang hard this week with my food and trying to stay consistent with my little mat workouts. I should be excited about the weekend because of what I can make it, NOT what I can eat wildly within it.
I don't want to undo my work, I want to be like you and build on it too!
Great job on planning out your meals so far, so you can look forward to them and savor them.
I'm gonna start planning out my weekend meals now!
Happy Friday!
