its the weekend and you know what that means!

Its a free for all, license to eat and reward myself from all my hard work last week which landed me over 2 lbs down! Yes!
Its just another day, no reason to eat like a wild animal or go over my calories because its the weekend!
So what's my plan?
Tonight, we usually go to a little Mexican place for dinner where I get my customized chicken salad (basically, lettuce, salsa, chicken) and I will count out 15 chips, yes 15! And I will eat only that many.
We will either go to the movies or come home and watch movies so there won't be any more food to deal with. If I'm home, I might have a sugar free pudding. That's an option
Tomorrow is Saturday so we will eat breakfast and lunch at home (toast and peanut butter for me and for lunch, I'm thinking tuna sandwiches on light wheat bread).
Dinner will be tritip on the grill, fresh corn on the cob and vegetarian baked beans.
Sunday is mothers day and I have no idea what is planned but I'm going to follow my path, and do my best to eat reasonably.
I am not going to undo my HARD work this week, I am going to BUILD on it.
I am back to my Thursday weigh in and I plan to be down at least another pound by next week.
I am done with the upwards trend. DONE!
