I still have low energy levels and have been very tired after work. I have been exercising less and meditating more, at least 1 hour a day.
My meals have been ok but not 100% whole30 compliant, I do enjoy my meals, so many colours, all those different vegetables that I have been trying.,.. my thanks go out to PIXIEWIXIE for the recipes on her blog....they are so good.....try them.
I have done some walking today, just me and my faithful mute roxy. Have a great weekend everyone.
