Summer Goals Progress Week 1

So it's been about a week and I have to say I've been doing great!
Unfortunately the Starbucks addiction has not improved much. But I think this will be the most challenging out of all my objectives.
On a plus note I've been listening and following all of my trainers rules this week to the most part (aside from the Starbucks) I've completely minimized my starchy carb intake! I'll eventually have to increase the rules that I follow about starchy carbs, but for now it's pretty awesome!
So I've been biking every single day and I love it. My muscles don't exactly like me very much. The two years of not biking caught up with me. It'll be worth it once I get use to it!!
I know this isn't a very fancy blog post. But by writing about my progress once a week I think it will help me stick to my goals I make for myself!
I also started to really count calories. Before I've dabbled in it. But now I am really doing it properly. Hopefully by next week I will still be going!
