Yay, 16 days to go in this challenge!
I've been finding it very hard to blog every day.
I'm still on track but had a couple bumps last weekend. I saw my grandmother last Saturday. She was in rehab at the time and much better but I think it drove home to me that she probably will not be with us for that much longer. She's 89 and she could live for years but I saw how fragile she is. I got home and was really upset and ended up eating my feelings and felt so gross on Sunday. I still felt pretty bad on Monday so ended up walking home from work instead of going to the gym. It's a 3.5 mile walk so I had a good workout.
I've been consistent with exercise and nutrition all week so I'm very happy about that.
My trainer and I have our own weight loss challenge. Initially it was quite an aggressive weight loss goal so we've revised the deadline to June 13. My goal is to lose 10 more pounds by then, which is doable, to bring me to just over 50 pounds lost. For every pound I have lost to date, he will do two burpees or lunges. He is awesome!
I'm still going to videotape it.
