I hate tracking my food. I feel like I spend the whole day thinking about what I'm eating. Ugh. But I was gaining weight, not loosing, so clearly I can not be left to my own devices. So I started tracking yesterday. Didn't do that bad except for sesame sticks. Oh those things should be illegal they are so good! The important lessons I was reminded of by them: 1. look at serving sizes and nutritional information BEFORE eating. Duh. Because looking after the deed is done is just more of an oh crap moment. 2. dont buy sesame sticks. lol
Has anyone tried banana ice cream? Like you just take frozen bananas and blend them and that's it. I have bananas in the freezer waiting to be mushed. I'm hopeful! I love ice cream!
