Well I checked my BMI and it says I am almost morb obese. I guess you know the feeling that came over me. Then I checked what my weight should be. For someone my height and age I should be 126lbs. I am right now 226lbs. Basically you can say that I ate the other half of me. LOL Dont worry Im in good spirits today.
I have lost 80lb before in my life after my first child so I know I can do it again. No more lose weight quick pills or therapy or anything like that. Just good old fashion in house change. Portion control starts first. Then I will ween off of breads and any other foods that arent good for me. The first time I did this I lost almost 10lbs in 2 weeks.
Next after I trained my body to eat small portions I added in walking and only drinking water. It worked out very well. If lost 80lbs in a summer.
Today is day 1 with portion control. I am currently at 226lbs and I would love if you guys could share your storied with me. I dont really have any support here. Thanks again everyone and be blessed. I will try my best to write everyday. My achievements and failures :)
