Down a pound from last week. I'm eating pretty much normal food. Mainly because:
1. i'm on a budget and i have tons of food in the house to eat up.
2. i'm not 100% gung ho at this, i have a few things i'm stressing on and i don't think i could fully commit to eating super duper healthy. i think i would fail.
I am trying to eat protein with every meal and some healthy things but not 100%. and i am watching my calories. :) and trying to exercise daily even if i don't feel like it.
On to next week.
