Not sure why I get away from planning my meals. I thinks it's just easier to be on auto-pilot. Yes, no excuse, just being lazy. I confess, sometimes it feels like a chore. Nonetheless, IT WORKS. When I plan my meals I am far more likely to keep my hunger in check and stay on plan. -- Not planning is like planning to fail. Bottom line, JUST DO IT.
