I made the commitment and joined the Spring into Summer Challenge which begins tomorrow. I have a few butterflies
I have had bad eating habits since last June. I am making changes and here are my challenge goals:
-Track my food
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Track my steps with pedometer with target of 10,000 steps each day
-Add 2 days of Curves exercise to current line dancing and walking program
Time to change my not so healthy habits!
