I Have 2 Questions... And Need Some Help

I haven't posted in a while. I'm still pretty new to the blogging thing, but I think it's really helpful. I've been doing pretty good. These last few pounds are -s l o w l y- coming off. I currently weigh 133 and would like to be between 120-125 and just stay there- forever. So here are my questions.

1) What do you do when you start to have urges, cravings, longings, etc to just "forget it" and eat whatever you want?
2) What do you do to "clean up" yourself afterwards if you do give in?

Here's my story. Last night, I think I let myself get too hungry before dinner. My family was scattered around at different places so we had what we like to call Whatever Night. That means that I don't cook a big family dinner and the kids can have what they want- like grilled cheese or hamburgers- not junk. I had gone for a run that afternoon and so I was really hungry at dinner. I cooked myself some chicken and kale chips (an entire bunch of kale to be exact). I had some guacamole and pico on the side. It was good, but I was still hungry. I grabbed some granola (which I love as much as junk food) and then grabbed a little more and a little more. I also had a few (several) spoonfuls of almond butter that I made this week. I don't think I should make almond butter anymore. I can't resist it. It speaks to my soul. Amen. After several more trips to the kitchen, I remembered the banana bread. I had already failed my "diet" for the night, so what the heck? I finished that off. I also took one bite of a fun sized Snickers. It didn't taste like I remembered (good thing), so I threw the rest away. Then, I had these feelings when I was going to bed of guilt, but also freedom. I started thinking "I'm 'off' for the weekend, what can eat?!" I wanted to plan a feast for the weekend, but I didn't feel so good about it. I ended up finally going to sleep and not sleeping well at all which is unusal for me.
This morning, I am restaring. My tummy doesn't feel right and I'm gassy -sorry TMI, but that's what eating like that does. Is there some type of detox I can do to help me get back on track with fruits and veggies? I'm looking for something natural. Right this moment, my cravings are gone. I had my regular healthy breakfast and I want to be healthy, thin and strong.

    Story of my lilfe! I am an all or nothing girl. I'm either hittin' the healthy eating hard or I am elbow deep into a binge. For years this was my mind set. I don't want to take up a lot of your comment area here writing the way I've gotten out of that way of thinking but I have several recent blogs about them on my page. (I hope that doesn't sound like a shameless plug but it would be too much to write out here). If you look at my posts from May 13th, 16th, and 29th I try to explain how I've been able to break free from giving into the urges, cravings, etc.

    I think we all have these moments in one way or another. It is moments like this that make it so hard to keep weight off. There are many ways to detox. I think we all have to find what works best for us because we all crave/over eat different things so we have to find a balance in what we deprive ourselves of if that makes any since. I have a blog with details of a detox plan I have been doing on and off these last few weeks. The other thing that works for me after overeating is simply extending my nightly fast the next day with just water and tea unlit I feel truly hungry for food. Usually it will be 16-18hrs but sometimes 14 is enough. It has become a habit for me now ever since first experimenting with Intermittent fasting.

    When I have that problem I always have some kind of veggies in the refrig, like celery, carrots, broccoli or cauliflower to munch on. Some times I have home made soup that I will heat a bowl of.
